Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (New Zealand; 18+)

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• The Service is intended for users located in New Zealand. If you access it from outside NZ, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person unless we approve otherwise.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
• We may investigate suspected misuse and take action (including suspension/termination).

4) Virtual currency & virtual items (no cash value)

The Service may include virtual coins/credits and virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:

• are licensed, not sold, and remain part of the Service;
• have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be cashed out;
• are not transferable outside the Service except where we expressly allow in-game functionality;
• may be adjusted, removed, or discontinued by us to maintain balance, security, or operations.

5) No real-world prizes; entertainment only

The Service does not award prizes of real-world value for gameplay. Outcomes are for entertainment and do not provide real-money winnings.

6) Purchases (if offered)

If the Service offers optional purchases of Virtual Items, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the displayed price and applicable taxes. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as required by New Zealand law.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach, security reasons, legal compliance, or operational needs. On termination, your licence to use the Service and any Virtual Items ends.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

9) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first to resolve concerns. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10) Third-party platforms; operator relationship

We may allow login or access via third-party services. We are the operator of the Service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform unless expressly stated.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
