2) Prices, billing and tax

• Prices for virtual coins/items are shown at checkout (or in the relevant app store) before you confirm payment.
• Where applicable, New Zealand GST and any payment processing fees will be displayed as required by the checkout you use.
• We may change prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3) Payment methods and processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors and/or platform app stores. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s or store’s terms, including their billing, dispute and refund rules.

5) Refunds and cancellations

• Change of mind: except where required by law or a platform policy, virtual coin/item purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or credited to your account.
• Faulty or not as described: New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) may apply. If a purchase is faulty, not delivered, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy.
• App store purchases: if you bought via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by that store under its refund process and timelines.
• Payment disputes/chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or reversing a payment may result in removal of credited virtual coins/items and may restrict account access, as permitted by law and applicable processor rules.

To report a billing issue, contact us with your username, date of purchase, amount, and proof of purchase/receipt.
